Free Demo Phase
Falak Group LLC may provide a free demo website or software preview for selected projects. This demo is delivered within approximately 48 hours and is provided without any payment obligation.
The demo is intended to demonstrate design direction, technical capabilities, and alignment with client requirements. No fees are charged during this phase, and clients are under no obligation to proceed.
Transition to Paid Project
If the client chooses to proceed after reviewing the demo, the project enters a paid phase. The client will receive a quote, invoice, or formal agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and pricing.
Payment of the project fee confirms acceptance of the scope and initiates the production phase.
Nature of Services
All services provided by Falak Group LLC involve custom design, development, and technical work tailored specifically to each client.
Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of these services, significant time, resources, and expertise are allocated immediately upon project initiation.
Refund Policy
As a general policy, payments made for approved and initiated projects are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Where required by applicable law
- Where explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties
- Where Falak Group LLC determines that the project cannot be completed due to internal limitations
Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the terms defined in the applicable agreement.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time prior to making payment without any cost or obligation.
After payment has been made and the project has been initiated, cancellation requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed to result in a refund.
In such cases, Falak Group LLC may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds based on:
- The stage of the project
- The amount of work already completed
- Resources already allocated to the project
Revisions and Satisfaction
Falak Group LLC works collaboratively with clients and provides iterative revisions within the agreed project scope.
Clients are encouraged to communicate feedback throughout the development process to ensure alignment and satisfaction with the final deliverable.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree to contact Falak Group LLC prior to initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of agreement and may result in suspension of services and/or legal action where applicable.
Processing of Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
